Construction Project Manager

We are Stony Creek Homes, a Washington, DC based house flipping company, and we're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join us remotely and move our projects forward.

IMPORTANT : If you are a clock‑puncher who needs a rigid manual and constant hand‑holding to function, this is not the place for you.

We are looking for a senior‑level leader who actually enjoys the challenge of bringing order to chaos in a fast‑moving company.

As our Construction Project Manager, you are the Agent of Progress and the conductor of every build. You take 100% ownership, meaning you are directly responsible for the success or failure of your projects.

The Job

• Role Type: Remote (Full‑time, Independent Contractor).
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, US Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). This is nonnegotiable.
