Unger Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead healthcare construction projects in active, occupied environments in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for a steady, solutions-oriented leader who understands how to build safely and efficiently while hospitals and clinics remain fully operational.

You’ll take the lead on field operations, safety, phasing, and coordination, working closely with facility teams, inspectors, and project leadership to deliver high-quality work with minimal disruption.
