The firm advises both public and private sector clients and has developed a strong practice advising on large infrastructure projects, real estate developments and manufacturing facilities for bio-technology clients, as well as portfolio redevelopment for several investment funds.. Practice head has also handled significant mandates in the rail and infrastructure industries, advocating innovative contracting mechanisms. 


Work highlights:

  • Advising on the UK's largest and most ambitious infrastructure projects including advising Leeds Bradford Airport, numerous contractors on Network Rail’s CP7 framework, various water AMP and advising contractors on bids for National Grid’s Great Grid Upgrade.
  • Advising on a portfolio of cladding remediation projects for national developers.
