Job Description: Hi, I am looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to help me extract specific material quantities from a large building project.
Project Details:
• Building Type: Large residential building (Levels -3 to +16).
• Files Provided: AutoCAD (DWG) files for Floor Plans and Facades/Elevations.
• Language of plans: The text in the plans is in ENGLISH, but standard architectural symbols are used.
Scope of Work: I need an Excel spreadsheet with the exact quantities/dimensions for the following items:
A. Facade & Exterior (From Facade/Elevation DWGs):
1. Alucobond Cladding: Total exterior surface area to be clad with Alucobond.
2. Balcony Wall Cladding: Surface area for balcony walls finishes.
3. Ornamental Balcony Walls: Narrow wall strips – I need dimensions and the total count.
4. Curtain Wall (Perete Cortina): Total glass surface area.
5. Railings:
o Window guardrails (separated).
o Balcony railings (separated).
