Job Description

Primary Function:

The First Aider provides immediate first aid and emergency assistance to injured or ill workers at the project site. The role supports compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards , company HSE policies, and NGCP safety requirements, helping ensure worker safety and health at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide immediate first aid treatment for injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies
  • Assist the Project Nurse or Safety Officer during emergencies and accident response
  • Maintain readiness of first aid kits, stretchers, and emergency equipment
  • Monitor injured workers and assist in patient transfer to medical facilities when required
  • Record and report all first aid cases, incidents, and treatments administered
  • Participate in emergency drills, evacuations, and rescue operations
