Job Description

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety risks.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety training sessions for workers.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
• Provide recommendations to improve site safety.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Diploma or degree in occupational health and safety or a related field.
• Certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
