Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling, operation, management, and delivery of projects on time, within scope, within budget, and with desire quality.
  • To coordinate and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, and sub-contractors.
  • Responsible for managing site activities including safety & quality.
  • Monitoring all construction activities as well as identifying any potential problems and issues in the project and taking preventive action.
  • To attend client & consultant meetings.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or Building.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of working experience in project management/site installation and construction of buildings in a contractor's organization.
  • Possess effective skills and knowledge in reading plans, work program/scheduling, and monitoring of site and construction activities.
