We are seeking an experienced and dedicated colleague to join our team in managing construction projects for heating and cooling system installations. As a Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage personnel, and handle administrative tasks to ensure project success.

Possibility to work on a rotation schedule - 3/1.
**Work tasks**:
- Coordination of construction work, team management, and quality assurance
- Monitoring project schedules, resource allocation, and planning
- Communication with the internal team and other construction participants on-site
- Working with project documentation
**Qualifications**:
- A higher education degree in Building Energy Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
