Construction Site Planner

Site Planner ensures Construction planning by controlling deviationsand prepares the reports.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop the Construction Schedule within theperiod established in the Project Schedule.

Prepare the standard man-hour estimates based onthe design quantities and the established WBS.

Feed Schedule with estimated standard Manhours toobtain the Progress Curves and Manpower Histograms.

Ensure that the schedules developed by theSubcontractors, as per their contractual obligations, are in alignment withthe Level 4 Construction Schedule.

Perform schedule control at the cut-off dates andprovide a forecast on completion dates especially if any adverse trends occurso that the recovery plan can be effectively enforced.

Assess physical progress at the cut-off dates,taking note of any evidence of deviations from the baseline and suggestingthe remedial actions, if any.
