ertinent Information: Position requires zero travel. All work sites are located within the Kingsville / Leamington area.

Wage: $85,000 – $90,000/year + comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination of all phases and general construction trades for construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
