Construction Site Supervisor

Spherion Staffing is interviewing qualified candidates for a Construction Site Supervisor role in Sioux Falls, SD. The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and subcontractors The ideal candidate will have a background in pipe welding/fitting; be knowledgeable in mechanical, concrete, and electrical subcontracting; and be willing to travel. Must be able to successfully pass any local, state, or federal background check requirements. Must be available to travel and work more than standard hours when necessary.
