Roles & Responsibilities-

• Training Support: Assist in conducting product trainings for dealers, influencers, and internal teams under the guidance of senior technical executives.
• Product Demonstrations: Support field-level demonstrations and application trials at project sites and dealer counters.
• Influencer Activities: Participate in CRM and loyalty programs for contractors, painters, and applicators;
  assist in gathering feedback and ensuring engagement
• Complaint Management: Support resolution of customer complaints by collecting site data and coordinating with the quality team.
• Product Testing: Assist in blind product testing, field performance reviews, and documentation of product feedback.
