+ Manage and oversee construction projects with a scope similar to $13 million.
+ Serve as a full-time, on-site representative with authority to direct subcontractors.
+ Ensure compliance with NAVFAC and USACE construction standards and safety regulations.
+ Coordinate and enforce safety and quality requirements in line with EM 385-1-1.
+ Coordinate multiple trades and manage project schedules effectively.
