A Construction Superintendent is responsible for providing day-to-day field leadership on two active projects:

The role involves overseeing subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, and maintaining quality control. As the on-site representative for the general contractor, the Construction Superintendent coordinates manpower and materials across both locations, maintains daily documentation, enforces OSHA and company safety standards, resolves field issues, and ensures all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Strong communication, organization, and renovation experience are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently during the day shift.
