Were seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead interior commercial build outs with a strong focus on field execution, quality, and schedule control. This role manages day-to-day job site activity for framing, drywall, ceilings, and related interior scopes. Its a great opportunity for a hands-on field leader who takes pride in running organized, safe, and high-performing sites. Key Responsibilities Oversee interior construction activities including framing, drywall installation, ceiling systems, and scaffold coordination. Manage daily field operations, including manpower planning, sequencing, and trade coordination. Track project schedule milestones and support budget accountability through consistent field reporting. Enforce job site safety expectations and ensure a clean, controlled work environment. Perform quality checks throughout construction and drive punch-list completion through closeout.
