SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Construction E&I Supervisor to support a large-scale project. The selected candidate will play a key role in supervising and coordinating Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction activities on site, ensuring works are executed safely, to specification, and in line with project schedule and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities across assigned areas and systems.
Coordinate and oversee E&I subcontractors and site teams, ensuring productivity and compliance with project standards.
Ensure all works comply with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and site safety procedures.
Review and follow construction drawings, ITPs, method statements, and work packs.
Interface closely with construction management, engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
