General Description

Superintendent’s main duties are ensuring maximum productivity of a job and meeting customer expectations. A Superintendent reports directly to a General Superintendent. Among a Superintendent’s responsibilities are pre-production planning, setting daily production targets, coaching & developing Foreman and meeting with customer on a regular basis

General Duties

• Assuring quality and safety on each job
• Don Marios, creating labor budgets and schedules, updating as appropriate
• Creating weekly/monthly production schedule with assistance from Foreman, including setting targets, defining right crew size and skill/wage rate mix and identifying right equipment for intended use
• Verifies correct installation and adherence to the plans and specifications at each major project.
