Construction Superintendent

The Rinaldi Group, an award-winning and highly recognized NYC & Florida high-rise general contractor and construction management firm building residential rentals and condos, hotels, and office buildings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual as Project Superintendent.

 

The candidate must be well versed and well experienced with all 16-CSI Trade Classifications of construction and building, most particularly, Site Logistics & Site Safety in coordination and conjunction with the DOB/CDOT/FD/FPL, SOE, Concrete Foundation, Concrete Superstructure, Building Envelope, Elevators & MEPS with 12-to-15 years experience as a Project Superintendent in Florida high-rise residential, hotel and/or office commercial construction.
