Construction Superintendent

Were seeking a Construction Superintendent who can lead field operations on complex commercial projects while maintaining strong communication, organized site activity, and a high standard of workmanship. This role oversees day-to-day site execution, coordinates project stakeholders, and ensures work progresses safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site activity, workforce coordination, and sequencing of work to maintain steady progress. Oversee site documentation, reporting, and project records to support consistent communication with the project team. Conduct site walks to verify work quality, adherence to plans, and overall job readiness. Support subcontractor oversight, workflow alignment, and field problem-solving. Utilize basic office and project tracking tools to maintain schedules, logs, and field updates. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a field-based commercial construction leadership role. Demonstrated background supervising concrete forming operations. Strong ability to manage crews, prioritize tasks, and maintain structured site activity. Experience working with basic computer applications and project documentation tools. Solid understanding of construction workflows and trade coordination. Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders. Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable to schedule expectations.
