  • Lead daily field operations for ground‑up healthcare and commercial projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics
  • Maintain jobsite safety compliance and documentation
  • Ensure high-quality construction through consistent field oversight
  • Manage project schedules, look‑ahead planning, and milestone tracking
  • Partner closely with Project Manager on cost control, risk, and project strategy
  • Serve as the primary on‑site representative for owners, inspectors, and partners
