  • Lead and oversee self-perform crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, and structural scopes


  • Plan and coordinate daily manpower, equipment, materials, and work activities


  • Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure full regulatory compliance


  • Partner with Project Managers to align field operations with schedule and budget


  • Interpret drawings, sequence work, and resolve field issues proactively


  • Manage quality control, inspections, and project documentation


  • Develop strong working relationships with crews, subcontractors, and internal teams
