Responsibilities:

• Lead a strong team (mainly from the office), working on landscape residential construction projects including softscape, hardscape and irrigation install.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities, materials, deliveries and subcontractors.
• Work closely with clients to keep jobs moving smoothly and ensuring they are up to date on project completion.
• Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and site presentation.
• Helping train and develop junior staff.
