Overview

About The Role: Full Driver’s Licence, WHMIS, First Aid, Clean background/credit checks, Punctual and reliable, Own basic tools for everyday use, Willing to work on projects both North of Toronto and within the city.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction schedule and make sure the tasks and project are completed on time
• Control the delivery of material on site
• Identify, investigate, correct and document potential construction and safety problems
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Ensure the efficient use of labor, machines and materials used by the crew
• Manage on site client communications and change request reporting
• Monitor job progress and provide regular progress reporting to management
