Position: Construction Supervisor – Township Project

Location: Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: 4 – 7 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and execute construction activities for a large-scale township project in Moradabad. The candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely completion of civil works as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential, commercial, and infrastructure works within the township.
• Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth site operations.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Check and verify measurements, BOQs, and material consumption at site.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and update site records.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide practical solutions at site.
• Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of construction materials.
• Support planning engineers and project managers in achieving project milestones.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices related to township projects (buildings, roads, drainage, utilities).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Hands-on experience in RCC, finishing works, and infrastructure development.
• Familiarity with site documentation, measurements, and billing support.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• 4–7 years of relevant site execution experience , preferably in township or large residential projects.
• Willingness to work full-time at site in Moradabad .
