Mail:- [email protected] Construction Site Supervisor manages daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget by coordinating workers and subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, monitoring quality, interpreting blueprints, managing materials, and reporting progress to management, balancing leadership with technical understanding to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specs, and schedules, from start to finish. Team Coordination: Schedule, supervise, and motivate construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and resolving conflicts. Safety Management: Implement and enforce strict health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and respond to accidents. Quality Control: Inspect work, check materials, and ensure all construction meets required quality standards and building codes. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track attendance, manage material deliveries, and submit progress reports. Communication: Serve as the main liaison between workers, project managers, architects, and clients. Resource Management: Manage material orders, deliveries, and site logistics, controlling costs. Essential Skills & Qualifications Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, analytical skills, and ability to read blueprints. Knowledge: Health & safety standards, construction tools, materials, and building codes. Education: High school diploma, with associate's or bachelor's degrees in Construction Management or Civil Engineering often preferred. Typical Duties Include Interpreting building plans and blueprints. Conducting site inspections for hazards. Arranging material stacking and tracking. Checking quality of work and materials. Managing worker attendance and performance. Recommending operational improvements.

1-3 years
Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems, including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
