  1. Schedule and oversee daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  2. Supervise, motivate, and guide workers and subcontractors, managing attendance and productivity.
  3. Enforce health, safety, and security protocols, conduct safety meetings, and address hazards.
  4. Inspect work to ensure it meets required standards, review blueprints, and manage material deliveries.
  5. Complete site reports, document time, and communicate progress to project managers and stakeholders.
  6. Responsible for the safety.
