RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist installation and other teams with customer activation of fiber-optic telecommunication in subscriber homes (e.g., pulling low-voltage wire); including single family, condo and apartments in various locations.Install and service full video services, including analog, digital, and HD TV.Install, service, and disconnect telephone and internet customers; punch down telephone lines.Maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies, which includes practicing safe driving techniques.Install all types of CAT5/CAT6 drop wire and install connectors on CAT5/CAT6 drop wire.Trouble shoot video, telephone and internet problems from any telecommunications demark to customer premise equipment.Troubleshoot IP issues from any telecommunications demark to customer premise equipm...
