Job Summary

We are seeking a General Construction Technician to support the construction, modification, and build-out of modular buildings and mobile office units. This role focuses on framing, basic plumbing, carpentry, interior finishes, and light electrical work. Ideal for a hands-on construction professional with experience working on commercial or modular structures in a shop or jobsite environment.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction and carpentry work, including framing walls, partitions, and interior structures


• Install, patch, and finish drywall


• Assist with basic plumbing tasks such as installing sinks, toilets, and basic fixtures


• Run basic supply and drain lines as required (no advanced or licensed plumbing)


• Install flooring such as vinyl, laminate, or similar materials
