**Job Description**
As a Construction Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning, refurbishing, and repairing modular units upon their return. These units are relatively new and require minimal work, allowing you to engage in various tasks as needed. You will lead a team of 4-5 workers. This is a servicing role going from client site to client site in a company vehicle.
**Responsibilities**
+ Clean and refurbish modular units.
+ Go from client site to client site, servicing repairs
+ Perform minor repairs and renovations on returned units.
+ Lead and manage a team of 4-5 workers.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.
+ Erect minor walls and fix wheels in the units as required.
