Construction/Maintenance Planner

As a Construction/Maintenance Planner at APS, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of construction and maintenance projects that support communities across Arizona. You’ll work closely with customers, field crews, and internal partners to plan, coordinate, and prepare projects that strengthen our energy system. What your day would be like

Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce resources to support successful construction and maintenance projects.

Serve as the project leader for multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment, communication, and follow‑through.

Perform simple job designs and support more complex design work to prepare accurate and complete project plans.

Partner with customers and internal teams to address project needs and maintain positive customer experiences.
