Job Description Job Description Savin Engineers is seeking a Program Administrator to support School Construction Projects. Program Administrator plays a central role in supporting the effective operation of the Program. This position provides oversight and coordination of program activities, working closely with the Program Coordinator and other support staff. As primary clerical support, assist in developing meeting notices and minutes, RFPs, Agreements, Notices to Proceed, Evaluations, requests to contractors and professional services for information, etc. Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) development process, interfacing with Program personnel, legal counsel, and Owner’s Executive Assistant in development, approval, and distribution. Lead the process for scheduling and orchestrating interviews of candidate firms for Program work.
