Consultant

We're looking for a Consultant with 1+ years of experience in Content Management, CRM, ERP or similar systems to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand business processes and translate them into functional solutions. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading the analysis and design, as well as the optimization and configuration of enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' content management needs and recommend tailored Enterprise Content Management solutions to improve workflow and storage efficiency
• Assist in designing and implementing Enterprise Content Management strategies that align with the clients' business goals, including document management, digital asset management, and records management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise Content Management solutions with existing systems and processes
• Facilitate client-facing demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions on Enterprise Content Management tools and best practices to support successful adoption and utilization
• Develop documentation, including process maps, user guides, and technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience with Content Management System(ECM), CRM, ERP or similar systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for effective client engagement, demonstrations, and collaboration
• Communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally
• Demonstrate a passion for technology and willingness to learn new technologies
