  • Provide individual/group counselling and support to our corporate clients.
  • Maintain prompt and accurate documentation of client case files, including all necessary administrative tasks, follow-up, referrals, and recording responsibilities related to cases managed or referred.
  • Manage the EAP Plus Hotline / Emergency Hotline and undertake duties on a weekly rotational basis.
  • Provide case management and liaison with affiliates and various parties in providing end-to-end support of EAP Plus services.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during critical incidents in the workplace.
  • Develop, prepare training materials and conduct training sessions on mental health, wellness or other related topics.
  • To assist in client relationship management to develop and manage business relationship with existing corporate clients and new prospects.
  • Act as the Account Manager or coordinator for the assigned accounts in India when necessary.
  • Collect market information and reflect client feedback to support the company’s business planning activity


  • Job Requirements

    • Master's degree holder or equivalent in Counseling, Clinical Psychology or related disciplines
    • With 3-5 years of working experience related to counseling, preferably in a corporate or EAP setting
    • Strong analytical and quick problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Detail-minded and able to work across a diverse array of internal teams
    • Good command in spoken and written English
