Join IHG as a Consultant, Critical Response and Support in Makati City, driving high-volume revenue and managing key client accounts.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating high-volume revenue for selected, critical, need accounts.
  • Handling all inquiries promptly to meet client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performing SOPs for accounts requiring rooms during critical and non-critical events.
  • Managing the relationship between the IHG managed account and the Key Account Manager.
  • Collaborating sales efforts cross-regionally, across departments, and market segments as needed.
  • Developing and maintaining an accurate knowledge base of assigned accounts.
  • Providing resolution to reservation concerns from accounts.
