Job Purpose and Impact
- The Professional, Cyber Engineering & Technology Operations job designs, builds, and governs production‑grade RPA / data pipelines that consume security‑platform APIs (Wiz, Defender, Tufin, etc.), embed AI/LLM (RAG) layers, and feed Azure‑based analytics. This role operates within the organization with limited supervision, while supporting operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Architect end‑to‑end bot & ETL workflows, embed AI/LLM (RAG) layers.
- Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops (Git repos, build/release libraries).
- Create reusable activity modules and data‑models for use by the team.
- Define test harnesses, linting, and monitoring for all automation artifacts.
- Mentor and guide / enforce best practices.
- Architect end‑to‑end bot & ETL workflows.
- Design and own RAG pipelines that ingest, chunk and embed for interoperability with Azure Open AI
Qualifications
- 3–5 yrs in RPA, ETL, or data‑ops roles.
- Hands‑on experience building bots with Ui Path or Power Automate (custom activities optional).
- Comfortable scripting against REST APIs and handling JSON.
- Prior exposure to Azure Open AI or other LLM services is a plus, but not mandatory; will be trained.
