Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across permanent and contract roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Delivery Consultants to clarify client job requirements
• Advertise roles across relevant platforms and channels
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving activity and fee generation
• Develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates (permanent and contract)
• Attend client and internal meetings to support business growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system (Loxo); full training provided
