Assistance in configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing offerings technical solutions for our customers. Responsible for work assignments from Project Managers and/or technical leaders Work with and develop expertise in many enterprise data infrastructure products from one or more of the following vendors: Aruba, Avaya, Five9, Cisco, HP, Microsoft, NetApp, Palo Alto, VMware, and EMC.
