Consultant (Govt & Stakeholder Relations)
We have been exclusively briefed on a role with a global consultancy in the Public & Corporate Affairs space that is now looking for a Project Manager/Consultant (Account Director level) to be based in Delhi or Mumbai and support a new regional project for a leading natural resources conglomerate in the region.
This is a 15-18-months contract (subject to extension), ideal for someone with GLOBAL experience in govt/community relations and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, governance, and execution to drive a transformative stakeholder relations initiative for the client.
- Manage client relationships to ensure alignment, impact, and satisfaction.
- Build and enhance the client’s capabilities in stakeholder relations, with a focus on community relations, government engagement, and communications.
- Oversee industrial operations-related aspects of the project.
- Implement systems and processes to ensure the project hits the ground running and delivers measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Ideally, 7+ years of experience in management consultancy or managing large-scale projects with a focus on project planning, community relations, governance, and client relationship management.
- Technical knowledge of India or stakeholder relations is less critical, as other team members will provide this expertise.
- Fluent English capabilities.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of driving progress in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
