You join the Natixis Transformation Management Office, which is responsible for leading the company’s transformation in accordance with the roadmap of the General Management.
The department manages various projects, notably those related to the organization and evolution of business operational models. These initiatives aim to foster development, adapt to new constraints and improve performance. In addition, the department invests in operational efficiency projects to optimize the experience of customers and employees, strengthen operational risk control, increase productivity, improve data management, and provide management tools to managers.
For each of these projects, you will join a team composed of several consultants with varied profiles, under the direction of a project manager.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have successful experience in similar positions in the field of market finance or asset management. Experience within a consulting firm is an additional asset.
You master:
• Methodologies for conducting cross-cutting or operational efficiency projects;
• The challenges and processes of CIB professions;
• The usual office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
• Engaged and curious;
• Adaptable;
• Comfortable with speaking and formalization.
You master English with a C1 level.
