Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Incident Manager to oversee and manage the lifecycle of all incidents to minimize the impact on business operations and ensure high service quality. The Incident Manager will coordinate responses to IT-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and driving root cause analysis for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT incident management or a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes; ITIL certification is a plus.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
