Job Description:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules

• Implement and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI policies

• Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management

• Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Manage user roles, groups, access controls, and data security

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide support

• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Ensure best practices, platform governance, and performance optimization
