Skills Required
- Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) including:
- Live and import connections (S/4 HANA, ECC, Datasphere)
- Data modelling (measures, dimensions, hierarchies, currency/unit conversions)
- Story and dashboard development with performance optimization
- Good understanding of BI data integration and data pipelines
- Experience in incident and service management aligned with ITIL processes
- Proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy
- Knowledge of SAC security, roles, and access controls
- Ability to troubleshoot data refresh, performance, and integration issues
- Experience with documentation, knowledge transfer, and support processes
