We are looking forward to hire SAP (SuccessFactors)- Comp Professionals in the following areas :

Experience – 5-10 years

  • Should know all parts of Compensation and Variable Pay module, including compensation statements.

  • Should know how to route forms when needed.

  • Should be able to understand formula on Compensation worksheets.

  • Understand how Update forms works.

  • Understand the different backend tables that are involved in Variable Pay module. Goals, Weights etc.

  • Understand how to configure XSL needed for custom compensation statements.

  • Must have a certification, so that work in provisioning.

  • It would help if the consultant is certified in Compensation and Variable Pay.

  • Supporting the Customer for the Talent Management Process

  • Understanding of Client requirements and Providing Recommended Solution for their Appraisal and Succession process

  • At least Five end to end implementation of SuccessFactors PMGM 

  • Should be very much familiar with Latest Goal Management Module 

  • Gather and analyze the clients Business. Requirements

  • Configure/design SuccessFactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices.

  • Leading the Documentation process for Release / Refresh Activities

  • Very Strong on Customer Handling Role

  • Providing support for Pre Sales activities

  • Leading minimum 2 E2E Implementation projects for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules

  • Managed E2E implementation projects for LMS Module

  • Manage SF LMS system integration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.

  • Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.

  • Sound knowledge in Reporting for LMS and skilled in building Custom reports using PRD.

  • Experience with the integration of SF LMS with external tools like Degreed and other SF modules.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field 

  • BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education 

  • Good to have any SAP Certification

  • Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
