Inviting Applications for the role ofConsultant – Service Now Developer
In this role, you will be Managing Production tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades. Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platform
Responsibilities
Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development.
Participate in solution discussions and contribute to user story creation.
Collaborate with Business Analyst, Architect and Technical Lead.
Code/configure technical solution as per requirements.
Perform Unit testing, resolve defects identified in Unit testing.
Develop features, bug fixes and write various Server-side and client-side scripts
ServiceNow Integrations using Spokes and custom API with external tools.
Manage Production support tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades. Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platform
Work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills)
Stay current with new and updated capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform
Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow platform across the organization
Assisting in troubleshooting effort
Monitor and review patch / release issues
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Certified System Administrator (CSA) in ServiceNow
Understanding Agile and SCRUM
Experience in administering Now Platform
Strong hand-on experience in Java scripting, debugging and deployment using update sets for new applications, enhancements, and version upgrades
Hands-on Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, API’s, Service Portal etc...
Web Services integration experience, particularly REST
IT Graduate
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certified SNOW Application Developer (MCAD)
