About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative with proven experience selling to the US market . The ideal candidate will be a self-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in MSP, US Staffing, IT Services, SaaS, or Solution Sales .
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end inside sales activities for the US/North America region
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Prospect and map target accounts , identifying the right decision-makers and influencers
Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads and schedule meetings
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients through consistent follow-ups
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation with a result-driven mindset
Mandatory experience in one or more of the following (US market):
MSP Sales
US Staffing Sales
IT Services / IT Sales
Solution Selling
SaaS Sales
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals
Education: Bachelors Degree
