About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative with proven experience selling to the US market. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in MSP, US Staffing, IT Services, SaaS, or Solution Sales.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive end-to-end inside sales activities for the US/North America region




  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities




  • Prospect and map target accounts, identifying the right decision-makers and influencers




  • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads and schedule meetings




  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients through consistent follow-ups




  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM



  • Required Qualifications



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




  • Strong self-motivation with a result-driven mindset




  • Mandatory experience in one or more of the following (US market):

    MSP Sales

    US Staffing Sales

    IT Services / IT Sales

    Solution Selling

    SaaS Sales



  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals


  • Education: Bachelors Degree
