What we’re looking for
The Consultant supports the delivery of advisory engagements across strategy, M&A, financial advisory, operational excellence, and digital transformation, with a primary focus on M&A and financial analysis.The role contributes to complex client engagements through due diligence, financial modelling, business case development, and investment analysis, while also supporting operational and digital initiatives as part of integrated advisory solutions. The Consultant applies structured thinking, strong analytical capability, and commercial judgement to help clients make informed strategic and investment decisions.The role is suited to candidates with an engineering background and MBA, strong exposure to finance and M&A, and preferably experience in maritime, enabling effective engagement with both commercial and operational stakeholders.
