Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional to lead and support payroll implementation and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading SF ECP implementation including end-to-end payroll solution design, configuration, integration, testing and post go-live support. You will be working closely with HR teams to gather requirements and ensuring solution developed is in compliance with local statutory and organizational payroll requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Work with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors configurations.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements. - Ensure data integrity, perform data loads/migrations, and support interfaces with third-party systems.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution post-go-live.
• Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.
• Collaboration with other tech teams as and when required.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Payroll, with hands-on SuccessFactors ECP experience
• Certification in SuccessFactors ECP preferred.
• Experience with Time Tracking / time management.
• Experience with payroll control center (PCC) - Experience in integration with third-party systems.
• Knowledge of MENA payroll. SEA payroll understanding will be added advantage
• Familiarity with SAP CPI is added advantage.
• Experience in handling data replication between EC and ECP
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
