Your role
I n order to support our growth, we are looking for a Support Consultant to work on digital transformation projects in the industrial sector.
You will be part of an international team and act as the first point of contact, providing support services to our client. You will be fully responsible for managing your own activities and reporting to stakeholders.
You will be in charge of maintenance and administration tasks, deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support, and participate in deployment activities.
This position requires a security clearance and will be based at our client's site.
Your responsabilities
Log and database analysis
Implement temporary workarounds while awaiting a permanent fix
Document and standardize analysis and troubleshooting methods
Comply with service level commitments and processes (e.G., SLA adherence such as response times and incident resolution deadlines)
Perform monitoring activities
