Responsibilities

  • Client Focus: Understand client challenges and formulate solutions
  • Sales Exposure: Being comfortable with and having a desire to sell. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired
  • A Team Player: Collaborate within BTS regional units and the local team
  • Flexible Program Development: Not only understand client needs, but to engage clients in a discussion-based approach to propose, develop, and execute customised workshops and programs that solve their organisation's challenges
  • The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 2 to 5 years of experience leading conversations and solving problems with external clients or stakeholders whether in consulting, sales, or other client-facing roles, across both B2B and/or B2C
  • Excellent project management skills, delivering results while working with multiple stakeholders and under tight timelines
